Important Note on Freeze-Dried Products:
Due to the delicate and brittle nature of freeze-dried foods, some settling or crumbling may occur during shipping. While we take great care in packaging our goodies securely, a few crumbs are sometimes unavoidable. This is a normal part of the freeze-drying process and does not affect the flavor or quality of the product.
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During high-demand season or sales events, processing may take slightly longer, but we always aim to get your goodies out the door as quickly as possible.
Shipping Methods & Rates:
We offer several shipping options at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. All orders are shipped via reliable carriers such as UPSP, UPS, FedEx.
Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days after processing. Expedited options are available for an additional fee.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email, so you know it's on the way.
Shipping Delays:
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays due to weather, carrier issues, or holidays are out of our control. If your order is delayed or hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping, please reach out to us and we will be happy to help.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us at chillfactorfdfoods@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to make things right.
