Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our freeze-dried candies, goodies and fruits, all sales are final. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any food items to ensure the safety, quality and integrity of our products. This includes cases where some crumbling or breakage may have occurred during shipping- which is normal and expected with freeze-dried treats. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If you order arrives damaged (beyond expected crumbling) or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at chillfactorfdfoods@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right. 

Your satisfaction matters to us, and while we can't accept returns, we're committed to resolving any reasonable issues with care and transparency.
